I didn't start out as a 'bureaucracy expert.' Before this, I assisted in managing a guesthouse establishment in Portugal, owned a snack bar, and dealt with Portuguese government systems firsthand — NIF applications, social security registrations, health services, licensing, tax filings. You name it, I've navigated it.
Through those years, I learned something important: Portugal's government systems aren't designed for foreigners. They're confusing, often only in Portuguese, filled with vague error messages, and can take months to resolve.
When friends and acquaintances started asking for help with their visa applications and AIMA residence permits, I realised there was a gap in the market. So I became that guide.
